First Service Bank Promotes Emily Harned to Loan Assistant & Small Business & Consumer Loan Officer

First Service Bank is thrilled to announce the promotion of Emily Harned to the role of Loan Assistant and Small Business and Consumer Loan Officer. Emily, who has been a valued member of the First Service Bank family for four years, previously served as a Loan Assistant, where she excelled in managing and maintaining data for in-house loans and assisting with loan processing, payments, payoffs, and advances.

In her new role, Emily will continue supporting commercial and consumer loans, guiding them from start to finish, whether they are new, renewed, or modified. She will work directly with customers and loan officers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and that the loan process is as seamless as possible for First Service Bank's clients.

"I am excited to continue fostering the relationships I have made with our loan customers and can't wait to build new connections within our community," Emily said. "I look forward to contributing to the growth here and expanding my knowledge to assist our customers and my team. Being part of the First Service Bank family has been a blessing, and I am eager to help continue our growth."

Emily was born in Mountain Home, AR, and now resides in Enola, AR, with her husband, Brett Harned, and their two daughters, Rylee Jo and Swayze Jane. Outside of work, Emily and her family enjoy spending time at the show barn or ball fields, fully embracing the community they love.

One of Emily's favorite aspects of working at First Service Bank is the organization's commitment to work-life balance. "First Service Bank provides a great work-life balance. I have been blessed with leaders who understand what it means to be present for my family while also taking care of my work duties. They truly know the importance of family, and for that, I'm forever grateful," Emily shared.

In her new position, Emily is enthusiastic about expanding her community involvement and making lasting connections within Faulkner County. "First Service Bank is a strong supporter of Faulkner County, our schools, and our veterans. I'm excited to expand my community involvement and contribute to making our area a great place to work and live," she added.

Matt Carter, Greenbrier Market President, expressed his confidence in Emily's abilities and the positive impact she will have in her new role. "Emily has demonstrated a remarkable dedication to her work and to our customers. Her commitment to excellence and her deep connection to the community make her an outstanding fit for this new role. I am confident that she will continue to excel and play a key role in our ongoing success," Carter said.
