First Service Bank Announces Promotion of Samantha Richardson to Assistant Branch Manager

First Service Bank is delighted to announce Samantha Richardson's promotion to the role of Assistant Branch Manager in Mountain View. Samantha has been a dedicated First Service Bank team member for four and a half years, bringing experience and a passion for community service to her new position.

Previously serving as a Universal Banker III in Mountain View, Samantha's responsibilities included handling daily deposits and withdrawals, opening and closing accounts, balancing the VTM and vault, and assisting with quarterly branch audits. Her dedication and expertise have been invaluable to the team.

In her new role as Assistant Branch Manager, Samantha will oversee branch operations and its associates, connect with new customers to generate new accounts and cross-sale opportunities, and actively participate in the local community.

"I am excited to be a face of First Service Bank in the community and to express our values," said Samantha. "I look forward to helping lead my team and playing an active role in the community. With this new position, many new opportunities arise, and I am eager to help my coworkers solve problems and become more knowledgeable in their positions. Additionally, I am thrilled to promote our amazing products and our foundation, Operation Red, White, and Brave!"

Branch Manager April Collins shared her thoughts on Samantha's promotion: "Samantha has shown exceptional dedication and leadership with First Service Bank. Her commitment to our customers and her colleagues is truly commendable. I do not doubt that she will excel in her new position and continue to make significant contributions to our branch and community."

Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and currently residing in Mountain View, Arkansas, Samantha graduated from Mountain View High School in 2015. She has college education from Ozarka and has spent her entire banking career at First Service Bank. Samantha is married to Ryan Richardson, and together they have a six-year-old son named Charlie.

Samantha's favorite aspect of working at First Service Bank is the culture. "We have incredible people that we get to work with every single day. The entire bank operates as a team, not just the branches. We all work very well together, and with that, a question never goes unanswered," she shared.

Samantha is deeply committed to community impact, particularly through the Operation Red, White, and Brave (ORWB) Foundation. "First Service Bank always impacts the communities we serve. The biggest impact I think we have is our ORWB Foundation. For example, we built a home for a disabled veteran by partnering with Habitat for Humanity. Along with that, flag poles have been placed, wheelchair ramps have been made, and so many other things have been done to help our veterans. What a business can do for people is amazing when they band all of their employees together to make something great! This is very dear to my heart because we live in a veteran-rich community. Nothing that First Service does for our veterans goes unnoticed," Samantha added.

First Service Bank is a community-focused financial institution that provides exceptional banking services to its customers.
