Crystal brings over 13 years of experience in the banking industry, previously serving as the Senior Relationship Banker at Simmons Bank in the Little Rock Financial Centre branch.

Originally from Stuttgart, Arkansas, Crystal is deeply rooted in the community. She is a proud graduate of Howard College in San Angelo, Texas, and has demonstrated her commitment to community involvement through her active membership at St. Marks Episcopal Church in Little Rock. Crystal also volunteers her time to serve meals to the homeless during Thanksgiving.

Crystal's career journey in banking began in Weatherford, Texas, and her passion for serving others and building lasting relationships led her to pursue opportunities in the financial sector. She is driven by her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her customers and the community.
