In her previous role as Loan Processor Lead, Carrie Beth played a pivotal role in commercial and consumer loan document processing, assisting on various projects and audits, and ensuring accurate loan reporting. Her contributions have been instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance within the loan processing department.

As the new Loan Operations Assistant Manager, Carrie Beth's responsibilities will include managing the workflow and its analytics, assisting in overseeing projects, audits, and reviewing loan documents.
Born and raised in Batesville, AR, Carrie Beth has deep roots in the community and has been an active member of the Conway community for nine years before joining First Service Bank. She holds a degree in Spanish and Mathematics and completed the MAT program at the University of Central Arkansas.
Carrie Beth's favorite aspect of working at First Service Bank is the collaborative atmosphere, where open dialogue and teamwork are encouraged at every level. She is excited about her new position, which will allow her to collaborate with other teams within the bank and contribute to the highest standards of operational excellence.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Carrie Beth finds fulfillment in giving back to her community. As a granddaughter and niece of veterans, she appreciates First Service Bank's partnership with Operation Red, White, and Brave, which supports veterans and their families.
