First Service Bank offers helpful tools to make banking easy and more convenient than ever and it’s all free and at your fingertips, including quick access to check balances.
Sarah Allen, branch manager of the FSB Care Center, said mobile banking helps customers keep track of their finances in a timely manner. “Most of us have our mobile phones handy and First Service Bank provides the tools you need to make banking quick, easy and manageable wherever you may be. With text banking, you can see your balance within seconds before making a purchase decision.”
Mobile Banking connects customers to their accounts in a variety of ways to meet their needs while they are using a mobile device, according to Sarah. “FSB services include mobile web and mobile app versions of our site, text banking and mobile wallet just to name a few,” she said. “You can download the First Service Bank app from the Apple or Google Play stores. It allows you to keep track of all your accounts including checking, savings, loans, CDs and more!”
Sarah said it is easy to check balances with mobile banking. “Once you sign up for Text Banking within your online profile, all you have to do is text B to 79680 to receive your balance within seconds,” she said. “You also can sign up for automatic alerts so that you can have your balance sent to you each morning. In addition, you can check your transaction history via text banking.”
Among all the mobile banking features, Sarah said customers most often check their balances and make quick transfers between their accounts. “You can also use your mobile app to lock and unlock your debit card, create spending alerts and identify custom parameters for your debit card,” she added. “You can even pay your bills from the First Service Bank mobile app using our free Bill Pay service.”
Customers can sign up for Mobile Banking online at FirstServiceBank.com or reach out to First Service Bank for assistance 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
