Coccarelli loves FSB’s ‘hometown feel’

Jennifer Coccarelli is excited to be re-joining First Service Bank as a mortgage loan closer. She loves FSB’s hometown approach to banking and the emphasis placed on taking care of customers.

In 2018, Jennifer started at First Service Bank as a mortgage loan assistant. “After a year of learning everything I could in that position, I merged into closing loans and realized working with mortgages was the career path intended for me,” she said. “The team within FSB helped me grow and succeed with the knowledge I needed.”

Jennifer has spent the last year working at another financial institution as a mortgage loan specialist. “I gained more knowledge in lending,” she said. “I am very excited for my new and advanced position with FSB that will provide more challenges in my career. I love the feel of the hometown bank, knowing I can have a more personable connection with our clients.”

In her new position at First Service, Jennifer will be responsible for closing mortgage loans, including programming, quality control and serving as an investor liaison. “I am excited to take on new projects with FSB, using my skills to help benefit the department while helping others with any knowledge I can provide.”

Born in Texarkana, Texas, Jennifer earned a behavioral science degree from Texarkana College. She now resides in Greenbrier with her children, Hannah and Logan.

Jennifer, who has nearly five years of banking experience, was drawn to the financial industry in seeking work-life balance. “My new role with FSB aligns with the goals I have for myself in this career path,” she said, adding that she wants to continue to grow her knowledge of the mortgage industry. “I know First Service has a healthy environment and management wants to help you be successful.”

Jennifer said she is happy to have the opportunity to work again at FSB. “First Service Bank is a tremendous supporter in the communities and allows us to volunteer as a team,” she said. “I am excited to be in a company that believes in patriotism and supporting others. Seeing that everyone has different opportunities, volunteering will shine a light to help others succeed in their life and goals.”

First Service Bank, with its headquarters in Faulkner County, has been in operation for more than 60 years and has locations in Clinton, Conway, Dermott, Flippin, Greenbrier, Little Rock, Mountain View, Shirley and Yellville. For more information, visit firstservicebank.com.
