First Service Bank names talent acquisition manager

Piffany Cooper has joined First Service Bank as talent acquisition and employee engagement manager. “We are excited about this opportunity to grow with Piffany,” said Robin Hackett, COO.

Piffany has 10-plus years of experience in human resources and the financial industry. She began her journey in banking at a local financial institution in her hometown of Texarkana AR. In 2014, she began recruiting at a communications center, where she fell in love with helping people achieve their career goals. She relocated to Conway in 2021 to expound on her love of recruitment and banking.

In her new role, Piffany will be responsible for ensuring that First Service Bank is the employer of choice while also leading employee engagement. She is most excited to grow the talent processes with First Service Bank and be the organization’s first talent acquisition and employee engagement manager. 

“I absolutely love talent, recruitment and employee engagement,” Piffany said of her decision to join First Service. “The role was so inclusive to all things that I knew that I would enjoy. First Service Bank is very visible and still has the personable touch to the FSB family and its customers.”

A huge Razorbacks fan, Piffany loves singing all music. She attended Texarkana College and Texas A&M University- Texarkana, and earned a bachelor of applied arts and sciences degree in organizational leadership.

“Community service drew me to banking,” Piffany said. “I’m from a small town and the visibility of my first banking role really made me want to join the team and be a part of something great.”
