Swafford, a native of Conway, Arkansas, most recently served as a Mortgage Loan Assistant, helping Loan Officers and Processors with secondary market purchases and refinances. She has been with First Service Bank for nearly three years since her rehire date and brings a total of five and a half years of banking experience to her new position.
